As a Console Player I completely agree with this post, although I cannot test myself, everything that was said in the original post relates to me. It affects my guilds so much, we don't have all the fancy add-ons that PC are able to get and generally speaking the broader Console community have a harder time getting through content than PC does.
I myself am not a HM/ Trifecta Score Pusher, but I partake in Vet and HM runs when I can, and on Live some of this content is still a struggle to get through for Open Run teams (not Core Teams). If DPS Damage and Healing Over Time gets lowered as much as players are reporting on PTS, the current Vet content will be near impossible for some groups on Console.
I really hope that the Dev Team take a long look at how these changes will affect ALL Players on ALL Platforms with the current content.
