Video graphics issues, screen turns Black on character creation and loading into game.
On character creation screen the menu/class/races text is visible, but the rest of the screen is completly black. I updated my video drivers and nothing changed. Tries changing resolution and video options but screen is still completly black. Any help?

Click Run as Administrator
#2. Make sure your drivers are up-to-date
Look at your DxDiag, are your drivers from 2012 or before? Yes? Then they need to be updated.

I've done all this and then some. The problem has gotten significantly worse for me the past 2 days. Today I'm getting it every 5 minutes making the game unplayable. I've tried everything I could find on the issue to no avail, and there has been no official word from Zenimax yet. At least acknowledge the problem..PC//NA//AD

The default location of this file is Users*USERNAME*My DocumentsElder Scrolls OnlineliveUserSettings.
#6. Try to delete the ShaderCache.cooked file
The default location for the file is C:Users*USERNAME*My DocumentsElder Scrolls Onlinelive.
After that file is deleted, run the game as administrator, and it will recompile that file.0 -
