what are the number differences?

But didn't they buff the trial dummy or did I read the notes wrongly?
Hope we can more data to compare.

Friend of mine's parse on PTS. With a very similar setup he was hitting ~118k on live.

Can you post his 118k, please.
Thats a joke right? it cant be THAT bad...

As a warden main, this is deeply demoralizing.

Am I seeing this wrong?
I imagine it will likely be a bit closer once the optimization of skills has been figured out. Can't really directly take a live build and a PTS build and compare them to gauge where PTS damage is at, since the DOT changes are pretty massive and will require a lot of tinkering.

Gilliam talked about doing 80 hours of parsing during development. I wish they would have shared what kind of numbers he gets so we have some idea of what is possible when you have experience with all the changes and best way to build for them.
Here is my last parse on live servers compared to the parse I just did on pts. My light attack rate on pts is actually better and I'll note this is with me starting killers blade at 50% instead of 25%. Otherwise the same stuff kinras/rele/harpooners/slimecraw. This is with a stamblade that actually got otherwise buffed... So compare that to classes that got nerfs alongside the dot and light attack change and you have a pretty demoralizing picture.

PTS:
Surprise Attack supposed to guarantee crit on flank, so make sure you hit the dummy on the back

No no, it's fine. You're the overland god now. Don't worry.
As someone who loves the Warden class, and has 6 of them - I'm considering uninstalling the game for the first time since I started in 2017
