Soulrazer Staff visual effects change position or disappear when switching between primary and backup weapons, or when unsheathing weapon.

Inferno staves






Restoration staves






No add-ons were used when creating screenshots,

These reports about sword not staff

It's the same 'set' and same obvious issue (Art Department) and it's because those particular Crown Store items aren't properly tested prior to them becoming available to the public.
