[PC-NA] Soulrazer Sword from Dark Chivalry crown crates doesn't have glowing visual correctly

Soulrazer Sword is an one hand outfit I got by opening Dark Chivalry crown crates. When I used it on my mainhand weapon slot (outfit), it worked fine. But when I used it on my offhand, the sword would not have the blue lightning visual.
Let me explain it in these screenshots:
(1) I used Baron Zaudrus daggers outfit (another one hand crown store weapon) on my both hands. It works fine. Both of my hands have red glowing visual.
(2) I used Soulrazer Sword sword outfit on my both hands. Only my mainhand has blue glowing visual, offhand doesn't have it.
(3) I used Baron Zaudrus dagger on mainhand, Soulrazer Sword on offhand. Interesting, offhand still doesn't have blue glowing, but the mainhand (Baron Zaudrus dagger) now has blue glowing! It's just so wrong because Baron Zaudrus dagger MUST be red glowing.
