It is too bad you have closed recruiting for the moment. You honestly sound like the perfect guild for myself and my girlfriend.

I will post my application and when you open recruiting back up, I would appreciate an invite for both of us.

I am 39 and she is 46.

She is ex Navy.

We live in Illinois, US. So central time.

I play off and on all day, while she mostly plays 6pm-10pm weeknights and all day on weekends.

We have both been gaming most of our lives. I started off on an Atari 2600 and moved on to a Commodore 64, NES, SNES and so on...

She was a tabletop gamer back in her younger days.

We actually met each other back in 2000 on Everquest and have played almost every major MMO since.

We have had a tough time finding a guild that fits us since the majority seem to be run by children these days. I have nothing against children/teens (girlfriend has a 14 year old), but I play games to escape drama and stress and kids seems to love their drama...

We just want a group of people around our age that we can relate to. No drama, no l33t/text speak (kind of a pet peeve of mine), etc...

Right now my highest level character is 10 and hers is 9. She has been busy with work lately (cost accountant), so hasn't been able to play as much as she would like. I have been doing a lot of harvesting and exploring. Just in no hurry to reach max level.

40+ from Chicago. It all started with Gygax for me, well Tolkien to be fair. Ultima Online, Everquest, WOW and then a 7 year tour of duty with Eve Online. Back to swords and wizardry, I love this game and I thought I'd be content with the solo play but I feel like I'm missing half or more of the game wandering the woods alone.
