Oh, the one-time code. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Could you temporarily turn off your computer's firewall and try sending the one-time code again. It's also possible that the email is being blocked by your email domain. Could you add noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com to your email's whitelist/contacts list?

I have three tickets open over the last 48 hours, the first to report that I didn't get a one time access code. Quick response from tech support was to send me a forum access. Second ticket to tell them that they didn't solve my problem. Third ticket today requested a phone reply that hasn't happened in 8 hours.
