Error 103 at login?

Hello, I pre-ordered the game and my account says I have Early access. When logging into the game I get Error Code 103 that reads the following:

Your account permissions do not have currently entitle you to access this server. Should the problem persist, please check the Service Alerts page or contact Customer Support.

Anyone else getting this error? What do I do?

    Edit: Nevermind, I was able to create my character and log in after posting. I don't know what the problem was for you; hopefully it works now.

    yeh I cant login either, it seems eso is falling the way of other games big promises only to be hugely disappointed after getting our money, not happy

    I thought the whole point of the beta test was to test this kind of thing, if this happens at early access, when game goes live its will be horrific with only 2 servers running everyone will be trying to log in at same time. massive queues or problems with logins will turn a lot off the game before it even starts

    I'm having the same issue, I emailed support but have been doing some research of my own in the meantime.

    Apparently there is 3-day access and 5-day access. You only get 5-day access if you pre-ordered from the ZOS store, and limited quantities of 5-day access were sent to other retailers. The rest are 3-day.

    I personally pre-purchased mine from Gamestop and it was labeled as "Buy now for Early Access", no further details were posted, so I just assumed that it meant I could log in on March 30. I'm thinking we got 3 day Early Access.

    I'm pretty frustrated to say the least since I took off work and stayed up all night. Not to mention I paid full price when major discounts were flying past my face for the last couple months.
    We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue.

    whats the point of paying for the limited edition physical edition if you get screwed like this, I may as well have paid for the crappy digital, this is what happens when you support the game companies and pay in full

    yup just found out paying full price from the store means you only get 3 day early game access not the 5 day, just shows someone screwed up

    They've always been up front about it. Physical edition gets 3 day early access, digital gets 5 day early access. If I've known this since February, then the problem is not on ZOS's end.

    Well I bought the digital edition from Gamestop. That should be 5-day access. My account lists it as 3-day access. I emailed support and they told me to contact Gamestop. At this point I can't even get a refund. How ridiculous of a policy is it that you can't get a refund from a PRE-purchase that was advertised incorrectly?

    Acording to official FAQ it is caused by login server overload:

    "WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE ERROR 103 WHILE TRYING TO LOG INTO THE GAME?
    Updated 03/28/2014 07:53 PM Published 01/08/2014 11:53 AM
    If players receive the error 103 code, we recommend waiting for a period of 10 minutes and then attempting to login again. This error can occur in moments of extraordinarily high login volumes.

    In addition, this error code may occur when the server is down for maintenance. Players can check to see whether there is currently an outage on our Service Alerts page."

    I got mine from the zenimax online store and it still says only 3 days early access in the billing history. The KB says that all pre-orders from Zen should have 5

    i got reply email from support telling me officially my early access is 3 days instead of 5, but i purchased the full physical limited special edition when i could have bought the crappy digital for less and got 5 days instead of 3, someone really thought about it NOT, what pisses me off , is the account page just says early access doesn't say 3 or 5 day

    where did they even sell 3 days? the website also said it was a 5 day and made sure of it because it had its need little template and everything!

    We're currently looking into why you all are receiving this error. To reiterate what some others have said in this thread already, please keep in mind that there are two different types of Early Access: 5-day and 3-day.

    5-Day Early Access is included with:
    • Digital Standard Edition (through the ESO store)
    • Digital Imperial Edition (through the ESO store)
    • Physical Imperial Edition (through a retailer)

    3-Day Early Access is included with:
    • Digital Standard Edition (through a retailer)
    • Physical Standard Edition (through a retailer)

    Please also ensure that if you pre-ordered ESO from a retailer, that you have indeed redeemed the Early Access key you received. To ensure you have Early Access applied to your account, log in at account.elderscrollsonline.com, and check that "Early Access" indeed listed under Purchased Games --> Account Status.

    I purchased mine through Amazon.com and the e-mail with the unlock code said 3-day early access, but when I check the same item on amazon.com now, it says 5-day early access for the same price!
    Seems like someone is pulling a bait and switch!
