Restart the client don't help.

I am Russian and my steam account works fine, non steam alts are having trouble. No worries, I guess account maintenance will fix that.2 -

I don't have a paid subscription, but my account history goes back 5 years. I suspect that the problem after maintenance is with those people who have the ability to launch the game in two ways. I can run both through steam and through the client. Until the last update of course0 -
