Found the Sea Silver Chain lead for Sea-Serpent's Coil on a platinum node in Coldharbour.

Edit: it was a survey
Edit 2: jewelry survey's in any zone can drop the lead. thanks @Elrond87

Anyone know if we will be able to have more than one of the Druidic Provisioning Station? I have several of the Anvil of Old Orsinium blacksmithing stations but when I got on another character to try to get another of the Druidic Provisioning Stations I can't loot the leads out in the world for another.

My guess is that this is like the tapestry from Blackwood. Find all the pieces once to complete it then be able to place 1 in any house.

Also not able to get the 10 leads to do another station on any other character so I can only put one station out in one house and not able to obtain another to put in any other house.

@ZOS_Kevin can you please clarify whether we are able to put this awesome provisioning station in multiple houses whether it be by doing all ten leads multiple times (which is not allowing us to do at this time), by ZOS fixing the issues of it not being put into our collections to be used multiple times, or by us being able to purchase the antiquity once we've completed the initial 10 leads to combine into the first Druidic Provisioning Station? TIA!

Can you just kill anything in Malabal Tor for Sacred Resin ? Or it has to be at least a delve boss ?

.. since this been posted i been doing 14 characters every day still not had the lead

I lied. I got a different lead from that safebox. I'm unsure if the Toe Cap drops from Psijic portals anywhere in the world as some pages say, or just in S. Elsweyr.
