Firepot Instructions not appearing on Impresario

Myself, and many others, are not seeing the instructions to finish assembling the Spider at the Event Lady, nor on her Assistant.
To be more specific:
I didn't see them, at first, and had to open and close Her as a merchant and the Assistant several times.
I eventually saw the instructions (once! and only once!) and bought them straight away.
This should then mean I would be able to still view those instructions in her list of wares, but in RED (aka greyed out).
I do not see that, not even after dozens of tries.
Further, many people in my guild cannot see the instructions *at all* now.
We've tried all the tricks: zoning, relogging, even changing accounts. NO GO.
Please look into this?

✭✭✭✭✭The disappearing instructions after purchase seems to be intended. I made the spider on my 4 accounts today and noticed this behavior.
If they aren't appearing to begin with, that's definitely something that should be looked into.0 -

They had them in their inventory. It was not appearing at the vendor.

✭✭✭✭✭The good news about the instructions is that they will always be available, as per the event announcement:After the event ends, the Aurora Firepot Spider Instructions will forevermore be available on the Impresario's assistant, Philius Dormier, for the same ticket cost. That way, if you later collect enough tradeable fragments for the rest of the spider, you will be able to put it together with any excess tickets or future ticket earnings.

I read the post but don't see where it says the instructions are not available during this event. How about leaving this open until we get an answer??1
