Skills points from quests after AWA

Ok so : all the achievements got from quests are now shared to our account.

Some quests give a skill point. Main quest, faction quest, dungeon quest, dlc quest, etc.
But with an alt, there's no way to see what quest we did or not.

ZOS, There are 3 possibilities :
1) you leave it as it is.
2) you give us all the skill points from the quest we already did.
3) you manage to make visible all the quests we did not accomplished with our alt

I'd like to see a quest log feature that shows all quests we have done on alts. I've gotten confused on alts before as to where I was, and achievements helped me to figure that out, but without that now, I have no way to pick up stories that were in an inbetween state, especially between the Main Quest and Coldharbor if you went there but didn't want to listen right away to the Groundkeeper ramble on for what feels like fifteen hours. They need to speed up her dialogue somehow.

Absolutely agreed. This should have been in the game from day one, especially since it must be there already in some form.

Ran into this today. I was trying to help my friend get skill points from dungeons. Was impossible to tell which ones we hadn't done yet. I think we said "jeez this is so annoying" at least 25 times this morning.
