Build a City

I would like to see an event where factions need to build a city - that means crafting skills - along with getting resources from well guarded places.
So the Mine, Lumber Mills and farm produce resources, need to be cultivated and defended.

As a non developer - I have no idea how long this would take to do.

    YES this is an EXCELLENT concept! ( i remember how amazingly fun it was in SWG to have player-made cities )

    Anyways, it probably wouldn't require too much extra Dev coding , since all the housing & object 'ART assets' are all already built (other than any mini-game farming functionality or whatever) .

    imho, it could be super awesome for GUILDS to have their own self-built (from the ground up) CITIES within 'instances' , sorta like how current player-housing already works (which other players can already travel & visit , with permission) .

    * i think it could present some problems with PUBLIC-guild-traders though , since ESO Devs want people to explore & shop in the existing NPC cities (for quest discovery & such ) but maybe there could be another reason for players to visit these theoretical guild-cities instead.... hmm....
