When you max out your rapport enough to get their keep sake they send you a letter in the mail.7 -

✭✭This one wishes that the letters stay permanent, and that they were narrated by Mirri/Bastian. Despite the companions’ quirks and annoyances, these two have been fun for the adventuring and it’d be a nice way to honour that.6 -

I have no clue what Bastion's Keepsake does, because I've barely touched that cheese-hater, but Mirri's is kinda neat in that
it works even when she's not actively summoned, and that effect is account-wide. You can get those little Hidden Treasure bags on your characters who haven't even unlocked her.2 -
