The dwemer siege kind of shotgun and you can't really aim. And they simply do damage as normal.

If meatbag catapults were given "Plaguebreak" treatment, a few would significantly clear an area.

Things like siege weapons and sets aren't a solution to problems like these. They just make it easier for the people who are being complained about in these situations cause realistically you only need to shoot a shoot once and wait for reload, when it's hard to target a single person out of a group of people I can imagine it would be easy to do. Siege isn't gonna solve the answer, tbh the only logical think is really to outperform them or nerf things like cross heals but toys aren't going to stop them

Correct the solution is to outplay them, not some I win solution requiring little effort.

The way to "outplay" them is to use exactly the same strategy, tactics, gear, playstyle, etc... and even then the fight will most likely end in a stalemate, optimized groups struggle to kill each other. As I said previously, the same groups on top now would still be on top without massive heal stacking or Snow Treaders, but shaking up the group PvP meta with a few key nerfs would make it more open and accessible to a wider variety of players and playstyles, less hostile to randoms and pugs.
