Doing PvE I haven't seen an Hakeijo (prismatic) stone in over 6 months, is this unlucky RNG or have they been lost forever

They removed hakeijo from Wrothgar drops, but I don’t think they mentioned removing them from Psijic portals.

They also increased the places to get them from IC to help balance that out:

“Heavy Sacks in the Imperial City Prison and White-Gold Tower dungeons (Normal and Veteran) now have a chance to drop Prismatic Runestones. Prismatic Runestones will not appear in Heavy Sacks that are not in Imperial City or its two Dungeons.

Slightly increased the chance for Prismatic Runestones to drop from Heavy Sacks in Imperial City.”

I never knew that Hakeijo could drop in Wrothgar. Do you mean they were dropping from regular Runestones?

I think I get them from Psijic Portals on rare occasions, and maybe even in Heavy Sacks.

As someone said in the duplicate thread on this subject, you buy them now with Tel Var in your IC base.
