Should hurricane Translucent character Visual effect be removed?

One thing which really hurts my ESO experience is how invasive and overdone the translucent/transparent visual effects are for Sorcerer's Hurricane. I love Stamsorce and i reached cp 1000 playing him, but I can't see anything in trials since I have to be almost invisible when keeping up Hurricane 100% of the time during combat.
Don't get me wrong, i like the skill, my issue is how it functions in combat

I feel tired from my head and eyes when i do trials because with all the special effects on the screen i can't see anything. And i am able to stay 20 hours+ on a pc without eye pain. It's only eso that does this. Other games i manage to decrease this effects.

Lately in trials my hurricane glitches and mh characters body becomes solid with some blue and white glowing. I think it's a glitch caused by cloak skill.
But it feels so good being able to see what my character is doing.

I don't really mind it. Perhaps I've just gotten used to it.

Of course, I also visualize Hurricane a little like this:

I like the effect as well as the Boundless Storm effect. It's the quintessential 'angry pvp' sorcerer look! :D
I also like the screen shock effect that comes with streak!

Based in what you've relayed, I would vote for an option so the player can turn off part of the visual.

I like it and wouldn't want to change it... so many "classic" ESO classic things have changed.
However I can understand some effects bothering people's eyes. You should be able to tone it down if you need.
My #1 wish for ESO Today: Decouple achievements from character progress and tracking.

Been maining stam sorc for years and it's never really bothered me . I don't think its Hurricane making it hard for you to see in trials it's the sheer amount of visual clutter.

For me personally, there are too many visual effects all types. They should slow down.

I have noticed - in the MMOs I know - that over time, they always have an escalation of the visual effects, up to a point where it feels too much.
I can recall in GW2, in the activity world vs. world, the visual effects from skills and equipment reached a point where fighting created a giant yellow bubble. We were all in middle of this yellow cloud, completely blind and even losing cursor mouse. I regularly had to back up to regain control on what I was seeing. It was too much and they had to nerf some visual effects.

Compared to that experience, ESO is far from it, but it's true it's progressing.

I love it and think it makes the sorceror feel more sorcerous and unique, it adds class identity.

100% agree ... perhaps the most democratic would be an option to "turn off the visual effects". In trials it is impossible to see something, the effects are excessive to the point that many people are not encouraged to make this content. Many high-level guilds require the use of the "Hide Group" addon for testing for this very reason.

Yes, yes, yes, remove the transparency, it makes no senses, looks bad and is annoying! But the other effects (the blueish shimmer and aoe) are ok.

Besides this, it makes your outfit almost non visible and makes it hard to see where you standing, are you inside the red circle or outside? And if you are tanking, you see adds but you dont see yourself...

whole game screenshake can be turned off in the settings (at least on PC for sure, its in the camera options, the screenshake slider is default 100, but if you drop to 0, no shake)

i turned it off cause of the end of darkshade 2 that forced shaking after you kill the boss very annoying lol

I don't think there is any point poking at individual skills

Fixing the accessibility situation would be good but that means
    - General controls on bright flashes
    - General controls on screen shake (we have this)
    - Audio cue option for hard to spot visual telegraphs and standing in AoE
    - Screenreader integration
    - High contrast clear display mode

Too many toons not enough time

Oh yes please, stamsorc is my most played class and have more than 1k hour on it. At first the huriccane effect looked cool to me but it got old pretty fast and i was like " it would've been nice if i could see my character". Now i main a stam necro and despite the bugs i still prefer it to my sorc and will not go back. I spend most of my gold on motifs and fashion is one of the biggest parts of the game for me so i want to see my character. Plus there is already a free invisible disguise in the game, if i want to become invisible then i will use that.

It's a part of the appeal to me. Plus it makes my scarecrow character look cool, especially when unfathomable darkness procs.

I personally like it, but i think visual change skills should have a toggle so you can turn the visual change on or off. Some games have this to help with lag or, in some cases where there's a lot of visual garbage on screen blocking your view, to help with bossing. ESO isn't bad in that aspect, but some visual effects could use a toggle for similar reasons.
