To be fair some players didn't even use Mist Form before, in my case I use Blood for Blood, Sated Fury and Swarming Scion, this "nerf" to mist form changes absolutely nothing, people fail to see that the true strength of Vampirism is offering near limitless sustain afforded by that spammable and no I do not use Pale Order either, there is a perk which does basically the same thing without the drawbacks, the ability to outright ignore mobs who you do not want to waste time dealing with and one of the most powerful ultimate in ESO, I have been saved from gankers countless times because I was able to activate my Ultimate just as they tried to gank me, also no sneak speed penalty is pretty good as well.
I voted no, even though I don't agree with the "after next patch" part of your question.
As someone who loves healing and loves vampires, sadly vampires stopped being worth the cost to me immediately after the revamp (pun intended) and they slowly having been getting EVEN worse each patch and tweak.
