BUG REPORT: Error 210 Patch Manifest Download Error On Launcher

Still not functional. Still hangs on loading(Just tried again since they had said they did maintenance on the previous{not this one} dev tracker). Still nothing being done. Game is still unplayable-uninstallable.

Where's the customer service in 'consolidating' a help request in general discussion forums so it can become buried and ignored/forgotten about? This is once again, 10 pages buried and unaddressed. (And I should not need to be 'bumping it' to get eyes on the issue, especially since that's something that is usually 'against the rules' in forums if nobody else responds and one person becomes the source of repeated bumps, and generally leads to actions against an account, even though the person is only seeking help in addressing a problem with your own program not working.)

Of course not ^^ it's a gag
The windows is up to date which can be, since there are no more updates prior to the new windows. So the 7 and 8 no longer have an update. Besides, I also play on the magnificent Windows 11, and of course it's ironic! there is still some clash with it, but nothing is perfect ^^ (well actually I find it horrible)
On the other hand, it is to be asked if during the update which blocked the launcher it was not done on purpose?
Since behind the scenes, Microsoft bought the game and therefore thousands of potential customers who will have to buy Windows 11!
If not, why not repair the launcher as before?
it's a very serious question, but I don't have my skill (Intimidating presence), to have answers that we don't have
So at the moment it still doesn't work.

Ps: answer: no. For games it works very well, we did not ask to change the operating system, so that it is heavier and less ergonomic!

I read, followed, and contributed to, the thread back in November and read all the pages then plus refreshing my memory now it's been necro'd. There was an update provided by MS for this problem and it's detailed and linked on Page 3. All I'm asking now is whether that has been tried by those who didn't want to install it at the time and are still having problems.

If that was directed at me Thorgal, some of it got lost in translation/didn't make sense.

But I do agree, they need to fix their launcher so we can use it/play again.

While you're playing Genshin, I'm playing Project Zomboid and I just broke 1,047 hours on it...so it would be nice to be able to come back and stop playing that game over and over again. (That's the kind of time investment play-style they are shooing away, and possible money they are losing access to by not fixing this for someone like me.)

(The launcher still doesn't work.)

I have almost no problem at the moment.
Due to a migration from windows 8 to windows 10!
And yes the consortium won, sadness. I had other concerns about other software that need not be added here
And of course following the migration other incompatibilities appeared with some that worked before lol
So the game launcher works and the game too.
Of course, there remains an unexplained bug, the game jumps on launch, whether on a migration or on a native version (because I have both).
Of course as soon as the problem is solved I will come back to windows 8

Launcher was open today during maintenance, went about and worked on something in the house and when i got back I took a look at my monitor and I got an error downloading the latest patch on the launcher.
I reopened the launcher and it got stuck on the loading phase.
Tried doing all the workarounds with administrator rights, deleting the ProgramData folder from the Launcher folder, also tried deleting all the host.developer.x.log files, restarted the PC a few times.
I also tried installing that microsoft fix but that doesn't seem to work for Windows 11.
I am a bit concerned, is this something on the server side caused by the maintenance that will go away after that is done? Or it something on my end and it might require a full reinstallation of the game client?

LE: The problem seems to have solved itself once the servers came back up. Sorry for activating this old thread.
