The Chapter events haven't always given houses - Summerset and Greymoor did, but Elsweyr didn't. And with the upcoming Morpholith house, our chances of getting another one are close to zero. Besides, if it was coming we'd have seen it on PTS.
It does seem like they have the normal stuff covered though...

DRAGON RISE: pet -> costume -> trove with target dummy
LOST TREASURES: markings -> pet -> house + houseguest
BLACKWOOD: pet -> markings -> trove with target dummy
I guess a costume or a houseguest, maybe? I doubt it would be something big.
...but I wonder if this collab with Trivium will drive it. A weapon style based on the Dagon axe? Finally releasing the Bard personality so we can rock out?
Of course I'd hope they finally release Short Mussed Wave so we can match our hair with our best friend Bastian, but I know right away that's never gonna happen...

With the level of hype they are giving this, it would be rather disappointing if it were just a weapon style or costume or house guest.4 -

True, but we got a large house with the Elsweyr story, so that's a free large or manor house each year since Summerset.1 -
Punches_Below_Belt✭✭✭✭✭I feel like there not being a companion with the DLC was a surprise absence. My guess is the reward is a companion who is a popular npc. Eveli? Fits with the theme. Caldwell is likely the most popular.2

There were attunables in the Elsweyr chests too, they were bound so I'd expect these to be too. Hopefully there will be a JC station with them tho, if memory serves there wasn't with the last ones.PS4 EU2 -
