I don't understand why players complain about frequent changes.

The only change that really annoyed me was when they moved Rapids. Whilst my non crafters all had Caltrops and weren't affected, my 3 fully levelled crafters had to do quite a few battlegrounds to get Rapids back, which they weren't set up for.

They could easily have swapped the healing skill over to the Assault skill instead.

I usually except changes and move on. The one above really pissed me off.

ZoS need to stop making frequent meta changes - it’s getting worse. I want to complete end game content (DLC hm trials) and you need and are expected to run the very best gear golded out. Farming the gear, farming or buying gold mats, possibly levelling a new character of a different class, race changing and learning a new or updated rotations and submitting new parses is all GRIND standing in the way of doing what I want. This is a complete PITA and drives people away from the game.

    Forgot to put farming transmutes.
People only have so much time in the day to play. Things like filling out sticker books (which I do) all take a lot of time.

A specific example is Diamond Victory. Was BIS and people made it and golded out the jewellery. Now it is nerfed to useless.

"But what is changing? The skills are the same and differ only in numbers, and not in some special control. Even in pvp it hardly changes. And if there are any changes, then this is more a matter of habit."
    long story short:
    It's the numbers.
This is a numbers game, your gear does your fighting for you, when your gear gets nerfed, it means you're no longer as effective, because people like us, 15% and 18% make no real difference, but for meta chasers, it means the way they play the game. The race of their character is no longer 1% more effective, so now they have to make a new toon with a different race and a different class with a different attribute that will now use different skills and rotations, therefore completely changing the way they play the game, just because of some numbers.
If you ask me, yeah, it's completely their fault they get upset lol.

They have changed *way* more than the numbers on some meta gear sets over the past couple years. They have literally changed how almost everything works. Trying to distill it down to numbers on gear is a huge oversimplification. Oh and PVP, it changes constantly in huge ways, not "hardly ever". A year ago you could play with 20k health, now its more like 32k or you are getting one-shot constantly, and getting to 32k health is a huge jump and required a ton of changes across your entire build / setup.
