Pledges and this week dungeon endeavor question

I started to run some dungeons solo and ask myself what is required to finish a undaunted pledge and to do this week endeavor (seven dungeons)?

Do I need to only kill the last boss?
Or
Do I need to kill all bosses in the dungeon?

It depends on the pledge, it tells you when you take the pledge which bosses need to be killed

But, does completing the pledge count as a completed dungeon by the endeavor?

The pledge always requires killing the last boss in every instance. A dungeon is "complete" when the last boss has been killed. If you do the pledge, you'll have gotten credit for the dungeon.

For the Undaunted pledge you need to kill the bosses that the pledge requires to kill, however, for the Endeavors to count as completed you just need to kill the last boss of the dungeon.

For randoms, you only need to kill the final boss.

For Pledges, you have to kill all of the bosses listed in the Pledge. You'll see the bosses you are required to kill marked on your dungeon map with a carrot.

Yes completing the pledge will also complete the endeavor as both will require the final boss.

If you want to finish the weekly endeavour fast, just run Fungal Grotto I 7 times. You can skip most of the bosses (unless you have grouped with someone who wants to complete them for an achievement or extra loot).

I think the point of doing them coupled with pledges is to kill two birds with one stone rather than going for speed. They can farm keys they need anyway and get the endeavor done.

But normal Maelstrom Arena 2 times is so much faster than 7 dungeons :#

I have never completed Maelstrom Arena because it is so time consuming and tedious. I find running 7 dungeons much quicker and way more enjoyable.

Really? Its been nerfed so much on normal than non-boss baddies die in one hit, I'm clearing normal on Mag DKS, Stam DKS, Stam Sorcs, Mag Sorcs, in non-meta builds. You should really revisit normal. Maybe you were on Veteran last time you tried. Dungeon mobs are tougher.

Fastest way to to this endeavor is to go to cyrodil with an stack of wall repair kits and repair walls. I was 90% done in 5 minutes waiting for guild cyrodil run to start.
However if you do plenty of pledges they are obviously no cost at all.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Even faster go find a wall in Cyrodiil that needs repaired. One wall lower than 60% is all you need.

It was on normal. It's not that I find the mobs difficult, but I certainly don't one hit all of them. It just seems to go on and on and on forever, and I get so tired of it, and thinking of how many more I need to do I just give up.

I'm not arguing, but in Cyrodiil I might actually see another player. In Maelstrom I get to be all by my lonesome. Speed wise though visit the wall.

This is true... if you can find a wall. The last time we had a wall repair endeavor, I went in during off-hours and was able to find a wall section to repair. One of my friends tried it, after hearing how easy it was, and they couldn't find one. Too many people had the same idea, I suppose.

I haven't had this issue since the early days. This coupled with lower endeavor participation means I can always find a wall when it comes up so long as my side has a few keeps.
