Quest system is bad, so i have to use other sites to learn something... well... it was a big mess.I ask help to suport. Just: "Delete all my chars please. cuz now i find a nice website with tutorial i belive it was from Alcast".
Support dont make it. I reply, "I WILL MOVE AWAY" because i cant play. I cant create a new char...
They don't care... i move out!
Return some days ago.All ok... until i buy the wrong DLC. I'm Plus member -.- i dont need to buy DLC. I ask for help.... they dont care. Once more....here i go again!

I mean...you know you can delete your own characters, right? Three at one time, then one every day after. (The delay is to deal with bots, primarily. And also to protect accounts from being instantly wiped by a hacker. Or your kid messing around.)
