The Crown store offers a special of what appears to be ten riding lessons for 900 Crowns. I bought the package, but I only got ONE rising lesson, not ten.

Thank, but I did put in a support ticket and received a nonsense automatic reply that had literally nothing to do with my issue.
I don't KNOW how to put in a support ticket for the Crown Store. Your Help and Support links have drop-down menus that don't have an "Other" category or a category for the Store, so I have no idea how I'm supposed to specify my issue.
It's very frustrating navigating the Support/Help functions on the site. They lack clarity.
Please give me exact instructions on how to put in a Service Ticket for the Crown Store, because your Support/Help functions do not include it. .
If it is still in your inventory (ie not consumed), right click it and select "Get Help". This will take you to another menu with another dropdown, select "I have a problem with a Crown Store Item". This should open a ticket for you, though the initial response will almost certainly be automated along the lines of "we got your ticket". Note I haven't tried this, as I don't want to accidentally submit an erroneous ticket, but that is what I would try.
To properly submit a ticket for this issue, you should select the "Billing" category, your platform, and then the "I have an in-game store issue" sub-category.
From there, please select the "I didn't get my stuff" sub-category.
