This is actually a really healthy nerf, with all the multiplicative buffs this was just a no-brainer to slot, alot of builds have to easy sustain at the moment.

This Change is definetly unnecessary and punishes playstyles which are already struggeling to sustain...akaMagDk aka the Buff B****....relegating those classes and playstyles even more into support then they are now.
