Can't reset my password

I'm trying to log in to my game account, but whatever I put in, I get the message "Can't reuse an old password." Firefox is no help; it keeps suggesting the exact same password. (Firefox is version 90.0; I'm on Arch Linux.)

I started a new account just to play on my Xbox, but most likely that will also have problems when I try to activate it. [snip]

I tried the Account Recovery system, but alas I don't know when exactly I created it. The name is the same, TigerSeptim.

If you have sent in an account recovery ticket, do you have the ticket number so we can take a look?

I haven't sent in a ticket, because I don't know when I created my account. You people do; it's in your records.

I believe I know what's up; Firefox (and myself) have the accounts mixed up.
