Having a campaign following certain rules and not having an official list of set working there is embarrassing.

Agreed. This Campaign is completely dead and most players don't even understand what qualifies as a proc set. The under Lvl 50 Campaign should be shut down as well.

We need one no CP campaign that functions with the same ruleset as Battlegrounds with procs enabled.

thats what ravenwatch was before they added the no proc rule lol

on another note, during the whitestrake mayhem the 7 day no cp camps do have procs enabled (ive actually been enjoying playing there, people can actually die lol)

Ive had reports from a couple ppl that they feel Nibenay Bay monster set works. Not the procc part ofc, but the 5% damage reduction. I myself am very uncertain it works, can someone please verify? @CaperGuy perhaps

I just pulled all armour passives off of my yellow character, and had my blue alt account molten whip my yellow with nibenay bay on and nibenay bay off. 2765 damage number both times, so no it is not working based on my test. No 5% reduction.

I still do not understand why the vampire lord set is not on here. Its not a proc set whatsoever, and it is strictly a stat set.

Same reason Adept Rider doesn't work. Unfortunately we haven't been made privy to the reason. 😂😅

I’m still farming for leads for the torc of the last ayleid king. I’m very curious if that will work in RW. I intend to test it out to see once I can collect it.

I have been. Super bad luck though, ran probably a dozen times through arc 1-2 but not one lead.

Have you tried it in RW and it didn’t buff your stats?

Just to get sure - totlak is not "working" anywhere afaik.
Maybe dmg has fixed and is only an UI problem (not even sure about that), but reg is still bugged. (since arrival on the PTS)
So are you sure that there is a difference between NoCP and PvE/CP?

Ok - I hope then that he/she/it knows how to see it and say thank you :)
Crazy - because I thought that this (NoCP) was maybe the target as it was in theory the only place where it was good...

It could still be interesting in BGs/CP, not overpowered or best in slot but probably useable with the right build.

I still test things from time to time as best as I can. Is there a specific set you’re curious about? I think I’m going to pop the newer ban daars blessing on soon when I remember and see whether that works or not.

no nothing specific, I am literally using your list as a bible as I remake all my characters, I have recently returned and want to go back into no proc and considering there is no reliable list anywhere until I found this, I just wanted to cheekily ask if it was being updated, really great that you have done this.

I usually spend countless hours testing things out and it is so nice to find someone sharing their knowledge like this (something you shouldn't have to do by the way!) so thank you very much and I would love to know if ban daars works too!!

    cheers

I dont seem to be able to edit my post but i have just made a 5 piece ban dars blessing and gone into ravenwatch and unfortunately my tooltip for toppling charge still says stuns for 3 seconds when it should say 1.9 seconds so this set does not appear to work in no proc unfortunately

This list is like a random pool picked out of the NBA Draft Lottery ping-pong ball machine.

A set that requires constant updates from the server (Pariah) is enabled but a set that only requires updates on ability casts (New Moon Acolyte) is banned?

Master Bow that is literally a proc based upon your Poison Arrow being on a target is enabled but the Master Destro that procs off of the simple cast of Destructive Touch is banned?

WHERE IS THE LOGIC BEHIND THIS?

And why would a seasoned player expect logic, reason, or thoughtful care to maintaining a well-considered gaming experience?

Actually NMA had actually been included (not that ZOS ever informed us), and it turn out no master weapons actually work there. This is all part of the updates made to the first post by OP. Yandere’s message is nearly 3 years old now and more has been discovered and added since then.

Master’s Bow did work for a short time, but it turned out that in making it compatible for no-proc they broke its ability to persist through barswap. They reverted that change but had to disable it for no-proc as a result.

The fact that it doesn’t work is therefore due not to a design decision - the devs clearly wanted it to work - but to a technical issue preventing the devs from having it work properly. The question of why Master’s Bow would have been supported if that support hadn’t basically broken the set but other Master’s weapons would not have been supported regardless is therefore still a valid one, imo. I suspect it has to do with it adding a certain amount of weapon/spell damage against one target rather than granting a large amount of weapon/spell damage full stop or it proccing its own attack.

Ok does Order's Wrath work or not? I have seen it on no proc builds and use it for a no proc build and am confused. Bc it should be approved, considering there is no proc condition just a crit damage and healing buff

I can confirm that the tooltip didn’t change in RW like it does outside Cyro, and had my alt account immobilize me, and me immobilize him with and without the set equipped. No change in duration in RW.

I tested Oakfathers. Applying buffs on my alt account did not affect my light attack damage against him in RW. In a duel in my house, it did. So Oakfathers does not work in RW according to this test.

Hi. I'm a returning player looking to get into no-cp pvp. Your work testing sets is much appreciated! However I'm not familiar with most set names due to being gone. That meant having to either look at sets that seem like they might work then double check if they were on the list, or looking up the sets on the list to see what they do. Either way it meant lots of alt tabbing and was a bit annoying. I happen to have some spare time and spreadsheet skills, so I made a spreadsheet to help analyze the options.

I'm thinking of posting the spreadsheet when it's finished so finding the right sets is easier for others too. Would I have your blessing to do so? I don't want to step on toes. You would obviously be credited for making this thread and testing the sets.
