    No underwater exploration; which was a large part of previous Elder Scrolls games.

    Being forced to dismount every time you go over water. Especially shallow water that is difficult to gauge the depth of.

    use TTC(tamriel trade centre) website. can just do a search of item you want, sort how you want to and it'll tell you the guild+location of trader.

    i'm not fond of the system myself but it does beat not having any traders at all like other games. i prefer just one auction house but that also kills prices rather quickly so there's positives and negatives of each system.

    other than the trader system, the only thing that really bugs me is the aoe of pressing E to talk to npcs. when they follow you around and you're trying to loot it gets irritating.

    Honestly, one of my biggest complaints is that I'd really like to see the Crown Store be better at releasing stuff.

    I'm pretty easygoing with the game and can roll with most of what gets thrown at me, but character customization is my limit. I love to build characters and their stories, trying to take loads of time to get them to look just right and then try to crash my computer from the size of my screenshots folder.

    So the fact that the Crown Store never really rotates beyond bringing out a few things for a few days a month, and the fact that there are things that have been out of the store for over three years, completely unavailable in any way? Ugh.

    My big one now is the as-yet-unreleased Short Mussed Wave hairstyle. It's in game, it's been on PTS, it's been used on so many NPCs now, and it's even literally following us around since they decided Bastian would get it. But they still haven't released it. I'm really excited to get my next character started, and I'm still undecided on his hairstyle - there's one I like but it covers up things and clips badly on my new character, and then there's another style that I find pretty boring and very overused, but it looks surprisingly good on him. Then I made the mistake of making a quick photoshop mockup with Short Mussed and it's no contest. When a photoshop hack job makes every other hairstyle look like trash... but ZOS doesn't want my money for it.

    I have a whole list of things I'd like to throw down a lot of crowns on. But nothing on that list includes non-combat pets, so the monthly showcases are usually pretty bland to me. If only they rotated stock more often so we would have a reason to check out the new stuff. And definitely if something's been out of the store for over three years, it's due for a return.

    1. That PvP and PvE are in the same game instead of being separated by a hard line that would make them not affect each other at all.
    2. That there are no in-game referees/DMs that can be contacted to come see bots, griefers, etc. with their own eyes and deal with them.
    3. No phone contact for account or technical help. The email system in place is crude, ineffective, and insultingly sub-par.

    I like having the trading system. Never used an "auction house" so can't compare this system to that. Tons better than selling at a merchant though.

    Me: here is this incredibly rare thing
    Merchant: 2g

    It would be cool to be able to buy with the in-game ttc addon though. Right click, buy. That would be awesome.

    The whole game needs to be reworked. Where to start?

    Dislikes:

    Guess I will start with the constant lag and random kicks or bluescreens in the game. This has been evident since I started playing the game before the Summerset release. It is my personal belief that they have packed to many players into the two servers. From my point of view they should have at least four servers and players should only be allowed to play on the server serving their area. They should add an Australian server and a South/Central American server and possibly a Russian server. Reduce the amount of players and instances each server has to handle. Maybe have 1 international Megaserver that players can join if they wish to continue with players for across the globe but if you play there you can't complain about lag. Sorry but data can only travel so fast and having the whole world on two serves has to be hard on the system to sink. I have to assume the NA server is nowhere need me in Nevada. Constantly amazed at how far behind I am other players. Even thou I might be the first player to an item I can't activate it or pick it up because a player behind me visually has already done so.

    The almost endless grind for materials for crafting. The amount of time ESO expects players to spend farming is truly unreal.
    Guess we all need a bot farmer.

    Doing Dungeons, Trials and Arenas over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again trying to acquire whatever piece of equipment you need because the so called random number generator constantly give you the same pieces over and over and over again. I find it very disappointing that you have Monster Sets but when you do a dungeon, trial or arena almost half of the items you get are shoulders or helms. This along with the next to worthless sets you create that are in these location fill out quite a bit of the drops. I would say you have less then 10% chance of getting a piece in the set you want and the odds fall drastically that it will be a piece you do not have. I know from experience, it took me over 3 months to get an Ebon Shield and 4 months for an Undaunted Infiltrator lighting staff. Just sad.

    The blinding amount of visual FX put out during battles when in both four player and twelve player content not to mention Cyrodiil. You can barely see what you are attacking though the FX. These need to be toned down by at least half also any affect that moves with a player should be barely visible. Some players have sets that put out Saturn like rings around them that are way overkill and interfere with seeing the effects you actually need to see.

    The Undaunted Que has been a sore spot for quite some time. Between players queuing as something they are not just because it is quicker, to damage dealers just taking off and running through the normal dungeon because they can solo it and
    and all they care about is the random daily XP and don't care about the new players who are just trying to learn. This system need more choice along with checks. If a player does not have the skills required to tank or heal slotted they should not be allowed to que in on of those positions unless it is a complete group. They also need to require higher CP for player queuing for Vet Dungeons, especially DLC dungeons and any dungeon with II/2 next to it. Again unless it is a full group.

    Random NPC dialog about things the character completed. Even in Cyrodill I get some random comment about dungeons the character completed. There is no way these NPC's should know who the hell I am. Not necessary. Put the system resources to work reducing lag. Any merchant that acts like it is the first time you have used them over and over again.

    The total repetitive nature of the game in general. You have to do the same chit over and over again for every character you make. You have to go find everything again and again. I have 18 toons. 1 main and 17 others so I can try different types of characters and builds. Just sucks that you are constantly being bombarded by NPC's wanting you to save their village or some other chit. I have no problem skyshard hunting or completing a group event in a public delve to get the skill point. The blue daily quest are fine as well. Overland quest should be per account not character. Honestly very few of the quests give you items you need especially now that you have what we call the "Sticker Book" hey something I like!!

    I am not sure what I like about the game these days. I play because I have invested a lot of time into the characters. Pretty much everything that has been done since they changed thing over to CP3600 system has been a disappoint, starting with not adjusting for earned experience and just wiping away almost 2/3 of the experience I had earned. Then they change the CP system again and take away half of what was good and add more slotables but no extra spots to slot them. Just a total pain in the arse having to remember to change things around farm for recourses or deconstruct items or go fishing.

    All the effort they put into new stuff for the crown store without fixing the game. I just saw today they have a new Banker and Merchant. I personally will only buy upgrades for my characters and that is limited to the crowns I bought last time they were on sale.

    Never really enjoyed PvP. Battleground can be fun especially if you are in a group of players you know but with the current chat glitch, barely worth the time to do a random. I have enjoyed some epic battles in Cyrodiil but these days with all the OP builds and Bombers both Cyro and IP have become more depressing then fun.

    One last thing. Area Voice chat needs to have an option in the Options menu to turn it off by default. Having to remove myself every time I long in is getting very old.

    My subscription ends in February really not sure if I will continue to play after that. Unfortunately I renewed for a year and preorded Blackwood right before the CP changes. Will not be making that mistake again.

    My main issues with ESO are mostly aesthetic and the combat.

    1. No awesome rogue masks that show your hair. Way too many hoods.
    2. Restrictive housing. Furnish count is far too low and doesn't allow for friendly placement, can't scale size.
    3. Lack of back items like cloaks, backpacks, books, scrolls, and whatever else you can think of.

    Combat in ESO should be revamped entirely.

    1. Remove the weapon swap system and expand the main bar in the traditional format.
    2. Weapons should be overhauled and broadened significantly.
    3. Classes need to be overhauled, however they should retain toolkits.
    4. Animations taking priority, allow for a proc in attack or heavy attack damage in skill uses. Animation cancelling should have been fixed years ago.
    5. Animations need to be overhauled, every ability, especially for classes should have unique visuals that do not hide weapons upon use like Corpse skills for necromancers.
    6. Classes should have an effect on weapon types, mechanically and visually.
    7. Enemies need to be more dynamic and lethal, no reason why a telegraph should take 3-4 seconds to complete nor should the enemy stand in place perplexed not knowing what to do.
    8. Most importantly, performance, not a pvper but it is undeniable that it is a large part of the game, and it should take top priority to fix, even if it means completely shutting down the game until it is fixed indefinitely.

    Collision detection - You can be adventuring through open terrain and suddenly stop only to find your blocked by a small rock or branch.

    Blocked by a mob of ghost's that another player has dragged through a dungeon. I mean c'mon ghost's don't have any substance.

    This is why I've always believed that MMO's should not have story. It should be a blank slate and you are just released into an open world.

    My original MMO experiences with EQ and SWG remain to this day the most ideal MMO experiences I've ever had. No overarching storylines or anything like that. Just me, released into a world with hundreds to thousands of other people to just exist and do what we do as our own parts of the world. Once MMO's started getting stories, it started the decline of the genre for my tastes.

    That irked me to. Defense gets passives, offens gets passives... heal gets four more slotables? That just makes no sense at all, and is rather unfair to the already beaten down healers. :-(

    And yes, much in the green tree should be passive, heck, even skills.

    That I have to pay $15 a month to have access to reasonable inventory space. I don't play because I don't want to pay. That and microtransactions. Microtransactions destroy what makes gaming great; you work hard and earn things that garner respect from other players and a sense of accomplishment. But, with microtransactions, you don't accomplish things to get fancy items, you spend money, making acuiqiring those items depend on success outside of the game. Some of us enjoy the escape the video game gives us from real life. Microtransactions just bring us right back to the reality of being poor or whatever.

    Currently voice chat. The auto joining is being stupid given how many numbnuts play while blasting their music as loud as they possibly can. Then there is the crown store & how overpriced everything in it is but at least I can avoid that. Lastly the games progression & especially the cp. It just doesnt feel rewarding or even worth the grind to continue gaining cp.

    First, I love ESO and play daily.
    My dislikes and a few hates (in no particular order)

    1. Really hate the micromanagement of the green tree.
    3. Flappy [Twilight Matriarch] and the warden bear.
    4. Inability to change hair color in game. WHY ZOS?
    5. Broken chat “feature” on consoles.
    6. Inability to switch between day and night in our homes.
    7. No hide shoulders option like there is for helms.
    8. Console players need a way to search guild traders and not visits the over 200 and growing in the game.
    9. The new abilities bar timers, please show both bars fully. With 18 different characters and with each a different skill bars
    it’s not always easy to remember where what is on each bar.
    10. While on ability timers, no way to track when certain sets are active. Sure, each has its own small visual cues but again with
    so many sets and different builds it really hard to track them. Visual timers would be awesome.
    11. No dressing room function in the game.
    12. The new level of spell damage/magic needed to get fully effect of proc sets. Killed quick a few of them for a lot of players
    not to mention monster sets.
    13. Some DK skills being more costly vs. the 2 new classes skills.
    14. Tone down some of the one-shot mechanics in some DLC dungeons.
    15. No mini map options.
    16. No activity finder option for normal trials and 4-man arenas.
    17. Companions not being able to hold like 30 companion items only.
    18. Hip flaps.
    19. Crafting surveys need to be placed into the crafting bag and allow each character the ability to collect them without
    actually having them on each character’s personal inventory.
    20. Pure greed and ugly prices of some items in the crown shop. Get that ZOS is out to make money and have no problem
    with that but the price of some homes and mounts is just obscene in asking price.
    21. No story mode for dungeons or the ability to do the story again if desired.

    Time to stop list getting to long. Stay safe everyone :)

    Like some other players, this one loves ESO. On ESO+ sub for a while now, and it’s the only game that Sammy is playing.

    But…. Can we please see changes/improvements around:

    1. Make appearances change in game and in gold payment;
    2. More hair colour option and hair styles should not be locked by gender:
    3. Shrink combat pets;
    4. Let companions have their own storage bag;
    5. Kill Pacrooti and Crown crates. Please. Just stop peddling gambling and pretend it’s all fun and skittles;
    6. Invest in your story writing and script teams. Pay more or poach talents. Greymoor was horrendous. Blackwood slightly better;
    7. Give existing companions more backstories and quests. Please don’t limit their ultimate to one thing. For example, Mirri works so well as a dual wield for this one and you only give her bow ultimate?!

    Thank you. Sammy is sure not everyone will agree, but at least we have moon sugar tea, pupal skewers and dialogue :) so thanks OP.
