i hate the animation canceling and that eso pvp is game glitch dependent in order to win pvp fights.
and i hate the jumping during combat in pvp (it needs to have a very High stamina cost to jump during battle in pvp)

Constructively speaking? I dislike( in no particular order)...
    1. The year long story formula. We know we are getting X content at Y point every year and it will be all tied together.
    2. The inconsistency in content difficulty. We have sleepwalk overland and suicidal normal DLCs in the same content drop with no in between content. I would like to see difficulty improved.
    3. The champion point system. I really dislike this system and was really disappointed when its replacement was itself.
    4. The jack of all trades character development. It works for single players but it's honestly kind of a snoozefest for MMOs. Every character can do everything and that is just boring.
    5. Inventory limits. The amount of stuff we have in the game is constantly increasing but i have never seen an increase in storage space. I hate that we only have X amount of space in houses. They could fix this with a work around, until it can be resolved permanently, relatively easy but they CHOOSE not too. How? Just make a house more than one instance. I thought they were trying this concept with the Hall of Champions in Elsweyr. Nope!.
    6. The dungeon finder options. There really should be a dungeon finder for those who want to do dungeons casually and don't mind wipes and people questing and learning, etc. and there should be one who just want to blow through it for whatever reason. This would remove a lot of toxicity from dungeons and make them more fun to a lot more people.
    7. There is no Trial/Raid finder for those of us who like to run these with randoms.
    8. ZOS has real issues with extreme ends of the spectrum and nothing in the middle. Housing is another example of this. We always get gargantuan Crown houses that we can barely decorate one large room with the slots given and then inn rooms or apartments. No small/med/large houses, you know...the ones in the middle.
    9. Events are like the year long storylines. Same events in the same order that give the same general items every.single.year. There is no randomness or spontaneousness. After you have done the same event 4 plus times with almost no changes they really get boring. Id like to see some random spontaneous events of any type.
    10. PVP. I love PVP and generally require games to have passable PVP. ESO does not. Its horrible and fails on multiple levels. I don't pvp (anymore) in ESO because it.is.that.bad. ZOS either needs to fix PVP and actually put some effort into making it decent or they need to doze the PVP areas and turn them into useful PVE zones. I think pvp would be a lot more interesting and engaging if you got rid of cyro and IC pvp zones and allowed players to create their own guild cities in pocket realms that they developed from scratch and then allowed a whole guild war system to take place. The whole alliance war 3way just needs to go away. GvG with custom cities would be far more engaging and get a lot more people interested instead of that tired mess in cyro.

    What I like:
-The loads and loads of various sets that give some very unique and creative abilities for your characters and builds.

    What I don't like:
-The fact that the community has determined that anything that isn't "meta" is essentially worthless for top end group content, relegating you to the same 3 or so builds per role, with no allowance for any sort of deviation away from that or creative individualization.

-On that same note, I find the overall character building in this game to be rather non-sensical, from the fact that attributes need to go ALL IN ONE POOL, to the point that tanks aren't actually supposed to tank, but rather be DPS buff-bots, and healers aren't actually supposed to heal, but rather be DPS buff-bots, and DPS are literally the only selfish role in the game, but they have the nerve to call tanky tanks "selfish" tanks...

    What I like:
-Group content adds some fun and engaging mechanics that break the monotony of the tedious overland content, and lend to strategy and planning to get through.

    What I don't like:
-Some of the mechanics surpass the realm of "strategy" and "planning" and fall closer to the realm of "ridiculous".

    -Overland content.

-This game relies far too heavily on snares and immobilize from literally even the lowest of the low trash mobs.

    What I like:
    -PVP, in theory

    What I don't like:
-PVP, in execution, with it's over-reliance on crowd control

    What I like:
-A well designed world, and expansive lore.

    What I don't like:
-0 immersion what-so-ever from a game in an IP renowned for its immersion.

    What I like:
-The abundance of cosmetic options we have to customize our characters in a visual way, and really capture the image that we have for them.

    What I don't like:
-The ridiculous drop rates to get many of these cosmetic items, and how ungodly long it takes to find some of these things.

    What I like:
-So much variety in types of content, from overland questing, to group dungeons and trials, to veteran level group content, to arenas, to multiple modes of PVP, world bosses, world events, so on...

    What I don't like:
-The overblown "turn it into a job" foundation that comes with all MMO's, that make you keep logging in to do your daily quests, daily rewards, daily daily daily turning a game that should be played for leisure into a job to make sure you keep coming back for your shift everyday.

Why is being a fan of ESO a bad thing? I agree complaining to just complain does a disservice to the game. If you can not articulate what you dislike without bashing employees or the game in general you are just complaining. The constant bashing and rehashing the same tired topics gets old. No one wants to continually read that. Personally if it was my job to read this forum I would open this thread and read the first post and then move on. Marking it as either a legit complaint or a bash. I would move on. When you open a thread with no intent to present what you like about the game too you are just complaining. So many people in this thread would never make it as managers of people. I over all like this game is there room for improvements of course there is.

I hate fan boys/girls that don't understand complaining comes from wanting things fixed so the game can be as amazing as it could be, and instead bury their head in the sand and pretend everything is absolutely perfect, doing a disservice to the players and the game itself ... 🙄

I've been playing this game since Beta in a casual manner. It's pretty obvious that there is very little I hate about this game if at all. However, the word 'annoying' comes to mind. The one thing that drives me crazy is the 'Rubber Banding' bug. Been killed a couple times by it. Other than that, not much annoys me. I hardly use any of the grouping engines, so that doesn't bother me. I've got three more characters to notch up to fifty on two full accounts. Plenty to see and do that I've not done. Call me crazy but I love the game.

I hate myself for still playing this "game". :o

    - lack of original and fun rewards we could get by just playing: mounts (mounts that offer interaction, can swim, can fight, can jump, can tranport thing for you to bank for example), adornments, tatoos. we get pets, emotes maybe, but they don't ever do *** lol, its just pixels following around, even blocking you to interact with the world seamlessly lol

    - cool combats pets: eso combat pets are ugly asf (7 years later and no skins for pets, not even ones you could buy??? :'( and the skills/abilities they provide just being lame imo, tried pet sorc once, deleted it, never touched it again..

    - narrow minded mid game/end game pve community: it's full of parrots out there. everyone wants to be a know it all, tells you the BEST WAY to get it done. there's a best way and there's alternatives, but lack of imagination and originality just make ppl repeat the same things over and over, very hard to get some ppl to try new things just for the fun of it...
    - dont get me started on ppl who offer 'advices' but are just giving you wrong info, but u know they just want to voice an opinion say something cool, i cry for the beginners often..
    - also the pretentious elitists that makes everyone think you need amazing damage to complete most content (excluding trials scores/trifectas i guess). it's a gateway for too many ppl when in fact, decent damage to complete is easy to achieve>prevents the community to grow.

    - *** poor performance. it's a big game, amazing, bravo, but performance sucks, bugs everywhere.

    - discord: oh boy, discord  its a tool for information, organization and socializing a bit further withing ur guild ok. but do i have to get in there all the time, read *** jokes/memes and engage with food/pets and whatnot channels to rly get something going IG??? answer's no  i'm not here to listen to your familly stories for hours long when i 1/want to play the game first 2/talk about group synergies, strategies, cool things we could try just for the fun of it... no, ppl are on autopilot like the brainless sheeps they are (ever noticed how new players to vet content can't focus on gameplay/combat?? everyone too busy talking talking, reacting... i've carried groups in vet dlc achievements just with this phrase: focus, no more talk, got thanked a lot for it and damn proud of it, so easy to do, amazing how ppl give up after failing just a couple times in a fight, like no kidding, are you actually thinking about how to play and just focussing on that??....)

    - unoriginal motifs: so many are just iterations of the same designs, 2/3 helmets sucks, just horrible to look at, bad clipping, cutting pixels with weapons : :o

    - zones: nothing original, big spaces with a couple towns, camps, fisher camps, hunter camps, and.. what?? landscape is really nice but nothing original, random and fun events. wb dragons last cool thing they did, fun to see so many ppl fighting a wb. harrowstorms, kinda cool, but not rly, same design/concept than anchors just another 'skin' for it

sorry for the rant folks, times are though these days and getting less and less pleasure for the game bcs of some of the things i mentionned and others stuff too). hoping my perspective is not too biaised and some of the points are indeed valid for the community or just some various players out there.

    stay safe, hf..

Honestly? The bugs. Some are okay, whatever. Like I was fine with the guild trader bug from Flames of Ambition on console. Was it tedious? Yes, but at least I could work around it. Now, with the Enhanced Edition, the game fully crashes every other time I go to a new zone (including from a delve to overland). I get crashes left and right. The game is completely infuriating to play. I hope the update today fixes that and the block cost bug. I also hate people getting disconnected when porting into a trial. They are already long on vet, now I have to make them EVEN longer because we spend the first 15 or 20 minutes trying to get everyone in.

Wish that the classes were more balanced than they are. I get a kick ass Mag Sorc (or whatever) character finely tuned and then with a patch or release they go to hell. Farm for gear just to have it worthless for the next year or so. I switch between Mag/Stam or Sorc/Necro/Warden as the releases are rolled out.

Botting. The same spots, the same people. You report them and nothing is done. Been this way for years.

RNG on some of the Antiquities. I enjoy trying to get leads unless it is running a delve/dungeon numerous times for days/weeks just to come up empty. And this is with 100 other people. Almost feels like Disneyland with the crowds.

What I love? Everything else and still is my fav game. <3

I dislike that as a female character I can't decide if I want to wear trousers for certain costumes and must wear a dress, such as the bakers costume. Similarly that we are given things like beards but again they can't be used by female characters. If we can have male orcs in wedding dresses we can have female bakers in trousers.

I think in general making the characters non binary would be pretty inclusive generally, then it would be up to the player if they want to give more female traits, male body shape and so on

I love the landscapes, and often just run around farming materials enjoying the scenery

Love this. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO tired of the boob-armor/"gotta show cleavage"-routine for female armor. What is this, a game for lusty teens? :-/

Lack of road signs. Seriously, there are road signs in any fantasy mmo. There are road signs in the real world. This is the most essential way to navigate without constantly looking on map. Why there are no road signs in Tamriel is beyond my understanding

Well... it makes sense in old single player games, but when there are magick teleportation muhfudgets, no one uses roads anyways. :-P

But yeah, it would be neat with roadsigns. A sign of being in a lived, populated world, rather than just a game-background.
