Do Antiquity leads still expire after 30 days?

I was looking through my list of Antiquity "active leads." I coulda swore the list used to display time-to-expiration information. But I don't see any info on days until expiration. So, is there no longer a 30 day expiration?

I'm not talking about the Green leads in the Zones. I'm talking about Purple and Gold leads, including leads for Mythic items. I'm no longer seeing expiration dates for ANY leads.

Some leads have expiration dates, but a large number of leads do not-- they're available forever, or until you scry and excavate them, whichever comes first.

If an Antiquity hasn't been dug out before, there is a 30 day countdown until it expires. I have some that have been sitting for months, because I have filled their Codex Entries already.

Some leads have no expirations, whether or not you've scried them yet, and whether or not you've ever found them before. Only certain leads have expirations-- the ones for fragments of mythic items, and possibly some of the other ones, such as the ones for crafting motifs. The rest of the leads-- the ones for treasure, or for furnishing items, etc.-- don't expire, ever.

So . . . every one of the leads in my list has been found at least once previously, some multiple-multiple times. So you are saying I'll see expiration times display only for leads that have never before been excavated?

    That is incorrect.

I have a lot of leads for items that I have never scried nor excavated before-- never, ever-- and they have no expiration dates.

As far as I know, if you find a lead that does have an expiration date, it will always have an expiration date, regardless of how many times you might have found it before.

Certain types of leads have expiration dates. Other types of leads do not.

No. The only leads that have no expiration dates are the green starter leads for each zone and leads that have been previously excavated by any character on your account. All other leads have a 30-day expiration.

So...nobody knows the correct answer? Seems like a lot of speculation and conflicting info on this thread. I just check my leads every week or so and do the ones with the shortest time left.

That's not correct. My first time getting the Vampire stained glass furnishing was listed as expiring. And I remember my first time getting the Stormhaven Knight tomb furnishing (I can't remember what it was called), it was expiring. But my subsequent Knight tomb furnishing DIDN'T expire. So furnishings do expire, but it seems that they don't expire the second time you dig them up.

That's not how I'd summarize the thread.
code65536 and Maitsukas posted one answer, which matches my own experience, and I believe is correct.
SeaGtGruff posted a different answer, which I believe to be incorrect.
