Seriously. This game has been around long enough to see these patterns emerge. It's their product and their responsibility to get it working. If they were able to rely entirely on untrained volunteer testers to get the data they need that would be fantastic, but if it's not working ZOS need to find another system. Berating the few people who choose to spend their free time submitting feedback which is consistently ignored isn't going to do anything except discourage even those people from continuing to do it.

The problem with their testing is the people that go on it. They just go on to test rotations and see what the best builds will be, they don't actually test it for them.

I'm starting to absolutely regret paying for another month of sub and the expansion.
If the xpac was bought less than 24 hours ago, anyone know if there is a way to get a refund. I know I'll not get the refund on the month's sub, but I'm definitely regretting investing in yet another expansion where it seems like we are still getting 0 to little explanation of things. This long of a maintenance makes no sense for a game that has been out for as long as this has.
The worst is just that EU has issues as well, but there its not important enough for Maintenance. No idea how it is on NA, but PvP still doesn't work on EU.
The issue I have on maintenance in this game is that it starts at 10a EDT. With so many of them being extended of late, why do they not start the maintenance closer to 1a or 2a local server time like other mmos typically do? There is an easily identifiable time when the night crew of players drops off for the day before folks begin waking up and logging on for dailies before they begin their work day.
Instead of choosing a time based off their player count, they do it during the beginning of the work day, right as the player count begins to pick up for the day.

Has anyone actually successfully gotten a refund from an expansion purchase? If so did you just submit a ticket? What steps worked for you?
I'm seriously asking as I bought the expansion yesterday and am regretting it fully.

Maintenance is cool. Maybe just not in the middle of the freakin day. Why don't you guys do it in the middle of the night instead? I know there are a lot of people that play graveyard shift, but I believe much more people play in the daylight hours.

I live on the US east coast, have gigabyte internet, and still get ~110 on average to the NA server. My MS to any server in Europe in virtually any game I play is between 20 and 40ms. But on ESO? 90ms constant. I just don't understand it, 90ms is what I get from the East coast of the US. I mean good lord.
