Set effects not working after changing weapons.

The Rattlecage set doesn't apply it's Major Sorcery bonuses when initially equipped. It works upon zone changing. It also drops off when changing weapons.
Upon further investigation, Bright-Throat's Boast also doesn't function after weapon swapping, when using both sets of weapons as Bright-Throat's.
I'm sure there are other sets too.
Edit: They both work as intended when they are placed only on Armor/Jewelry though.
