IIRC the sorc ability did once absorb meteors, like how dks could once bounce them back and forth.
100% swear on my account that old DK wings could reflect meteors, but they nerfed that in 2015 (?) well before they completely clipped the wings (and completely killed the last of my interest in open world DK).It wasn't DK, it was 1h&shield defensive stance reflection.

Nothing. Like I said, I don't know that I'd use it at all.
I main magblade. As it stands, my mythic of choice is Wild Hunt, (or none at all, depending on my setup) and even if Sithis got a bit of a bump I doubt that would change. I tried out Sithis on the PTS both before and after the nerf, and it didn't really interest me. On a light armor NB, I think Chudan is a better choice — Major Resolve drops off in just 6 seconds so getting 100% uptime on it is useful, the extra 2k health isn't a big draw for me, and Chudan allows the use of another mythic. (Although I'd probably still go all damage with Balorgh or Slimecraw — I'm used to playing super squishy)
The only mythic I was really interested in was the Waders, but I was fairly certain ZOS would make them useless before they saw the light of day on the live server (and they did not disappoint.)
My post was more or less just exasperation at ZOS' inability to even remotely balance anything. As soon as I saw Sithis, I immediately knew it was too powerful to go live — and so did everyone else, except for ZOS apparently. I also knew that the pendulum would swing too far in the opposite direction once they heard the outcry, and [in my opinion] that's exactly what happened.
Personally, I think I would love for other people to have 5k or 6k more resists and 3k more health with the caveat that they're not able to block or use a monster set/malacath. I don't think that would bother me at all, tbh. And that's coming from a magblade, arguably at the bottom of the heap. (I mostly play BGs, and they're pretty garbo in there.)

Huh? Of course there are times when you would take hits to open or extend a kill window. Just not when the dk makes that crackle squish sound and turns green. If they aren't landing a single hit, then Sithis is useless. If you are avoiding damage while wearing this mythic, then you are wasting a mythic and a monster set slot.

Most of the sets from the Chapter are pretty underwhelming, it's not just Sithis.
Hard disaggree. Heartland conqueror is looking like a pretty top notch and interesting set for pvp, Deadlands Assasin is likely to become a meta proc, frostbite has some interesting uses too.
Some of the new trial sets are also really nice, the medium armor one could be bis for solo arenas, the heavy is really powerful and let's tanks use a different ult from horn.
The mythics are also not all terrible, there is definetly a use case for most of them.
