yet, just like 95% mounts among the Shop ones, we should witness more of their actual use by actual NPCs in the actual game's world.
You know, feel of immersion and consistency between the PCs and the NPCs, stuff like that

I love the look of it but I will be disappointed if it does in fact move like the senche-raht. I was already disappointed by the nagahide welwa for that reason.

I'd wager Quasigriffs will be an enemy in at least one of the Q3 Dungeons.

They use all the same animations as a Senche-Raht, so it would be extremely easy to create an enemy version.

They came up with a new sort of daedric abomination to give us gryphons without giving us gryphons... I like it. Daedra mimic Nirn, so it's not out of the ordinary for TES. And of course it doesn't have wings, could you imagine the outrage of epic proportions if people THOUGHT we'd get flying mounts?

It's not as simple as just enabling flying lol. I highly doubt anyone would want to do flying from the dev side. You have to redo and redesigned evey single map in the entire game first

Those are NOT reskins. They ARE new 3D models and textures. People still spent hours making them even if they use the same skeleton and animations.

Calling it a "reskin" implies that there was little effort involved, which clearly isn't the case if you understand how these things are made.

Completely agree - lots of people don't understand how the modelling process works and conflate a bunch of different parts under the lazy epithet "re-skin."

The Indryks were actual re-skins as they were literally the same model but with different textures and particle effects applied to them.

Griffons aren't really my favorite fantasy creature but I am glad that so much more effort has been put into this year's event rewards when compared to the two years of Indryks.

Basicly this, just looks like a slightly different hulk-khajit. Those heavyweights mounts dont look that nice imo, too big and fat

I love the look of the heavy weight mounts and think they look great. I’m more excited for that other lizard with spikes from the datalink though.

But everyone has preferences.

The lizard mount wagging its tail in the exact same way as the cat one is lazy and low effort. Its a relatively low poly model and considering they have to make it once and sell it countless times it is valid to complain about lazy mounts like this.

Compare it to the competition hundreds of mounts, with unique models, textures, animations and they are given to players for free by completing tasks.

I missed the Indriks but find this less appealing. I would have been happy with more of the same but get they needed to change the rewards up. I don’t use skins/poly’s and while the personality grew on me the mount and house are things I’ll never use. If consoles had a random mount option maybe it would get some use but I prefer mounts with colors.

Hopefully the next batch of crates has something that piques my interest.

Damn ugly.

This one called the mount chicken hawk dog thing (or summat) moons ago and still stands by with the assessment, plus that the hind legs look like scrawny fried chicken legs.

id like to see the black griffin mounts to return.. need need the red crimson stuff my mount not changing into the the crimson indrik so i must be missing pieces of that .. hope that will also becoming back or even be in rune boxes or something mount rune boxes and fragments in guild stores would be cool.. i think this would help out old content and people that font have it in game,, or have the mounts in the event store for 10 tickets the old ones..
