Most of Daggerfall quests are bugged.

Cannot find a thread about this, but as the title suggests, most of the Daggerfall quests are bugged to the point where players are literally struggling to do them, from NPCs not turning up, NPCs vanishing or other very annoying glitches.

There are many glitches regarding the quests all around the game atm. In Vvardenfell, I witnessed the Scarlet Judge fighting bandit, and all of the sudden, both of them turning around back-to-back, and fighting again. The glitch continued until I talk to the merchant right beside the Scarlet Judge. The bandit laid down as the conversation started.

I saw a few when going back through the side quests on my main, looked up guides for a few that take the bugs into account for there walk throughs.

Especially a quest in Banrokai where the quest markers send you on a wild goose chase up through the Banrokai garrison gates, leading you away from the quest area, had to follow a guide in place of all the quest markers, even to return to the NPC to turn it in.

I submitted bug reports as I encounter issues, it may be 7 year old content but people are still playing the quests, they should still be taking the time to fix issues.

I've completed the entire Daggerfall zones during Jubilee on a character without much issue. There's a handful of quests that hinder progression when you reach the location and the NPC isn't there or a scripted event doesn't happen, but it can be fixed simply by logging off and back on again and the NPC appears or the event plays.

There's a couple of quests where the marker is off position, but one in particular A Handful of Stolen Dreams at Old Tower Wayshrine in Bangkorai is a mess, the markers are missing for the items needed to be collected at the camp, and also the marker points you to travel far away from the camp you need to go. I needed to watch a video of the quest to find the items.
