And now ZOS are blaming Sony even though it’s not Sony that coded this absolute disaster of a game it’s you ZOS! It honestly wouldn’t even surprise me if this is some kind of plot to get people to switch to Xbox! This is pathetic and you should be absolutely ashamed ZOS.

Come on be real didn't Microsoft just buy this company? The game runs fine on a pc I don't play on xbox but maybe you should play on a pc. I don't think they are purposely trying to make your game run bad, maybe ps4 needs a update too? As consoles go how long does the current console last? I am asking because I don't own one and only play on a pc.

I'm about to upgrade to the PS5 and am a little worried about the future of this game for Playstation. Upgrading to XBOX instead is not an option for me. Im not starting over on a new server and losing 1300 CP and millions of gold and materials. So I'm stuck on Playstation, unless the offer an account transfer between servers.

I also have a PS5 and was looking forward to moving over to the digital version of the game, but with the extended maintenance times for the PS server I'll save my money.

I’d love to know the actual numbers of people who play on PlayStation vs the Xbox numbers because I’d be willing to bet the higher percentage of their gamers are on PlayStation...

Yep. We'll probably be thankful to a 12 hour extended maintenance when they start REALLY extending it to 24 hours, every week. Didn't renew PS+ this year and definitely won't now.

Over the last two maintenance periods ps-4 has had extended times during major events.
There has been little information provided to the effected and zero talk of compensation for lost time.
This is poor customer service at best,keep people informed and most will understand.
And taking down the maintenance banner at the main page is very poor customer service,how are we going to know when we can log in

In the old days (LOL) Gina or some of the crew kept us up to date on what was happening and why. Now there is absolutely nothing unless we repeatedly bug them. No more Customer Service I guess.

Your implied correlation is that it's ZOS fault the game doesn't work well live despite having internally tested it and it running fine. Clearly the issue today has to deal with some kind of problem caused by PSN itself and the game, something that wouldn't show up on an internal test.

But if you want to go ahead and jump to some kind of ridiculous conspiracy theory that they're purposefully sabotaging a Multiplatform game on the platform with the highest number of owners to make less money then be my guest.

What internal test are you on about because as players on Xbox have already reported the game still runs like crap and hardly anything is actually fixed. Also you mention conspiracy theories but it’s already obvious that Xbox is going to get preferential treatment whether that’s to do with updates or maintenance priority it’s pretty clear they are trying to get people to switch to Xbox but it’s not going to work because their game runs just as bad if not worse on Xbox.
