Frostvault HM Skeevers still Broken

There has been a bug with the skeever phase of the Frostvault dungeon for several patches now where the REZ skill (button 2) DOES NOT WORK.

Just last night, we have went in again to try to get the trifecta achievements among others, and just teaching the skeever phase to new people, the rez bug consistently occurred multiple times just not always to the same people. One mouse dies, the other person tries to rez them, and instead of them popping back alive, their health bar often just has the number"2" or "7" on it and the mouse stays dead. Sometimes, there even seems to be a visual glitch where the skeever pops back up then straight back down, but on the dead players screen the graphics stay blued out the entire time as "dead".

There is basically no way to clear at this point, especially if the dead mouse is the tank/healer with the special ultimate. You simply have to wipe and start over because of time. And this happens in multiple runs.

I have noticed sometimes, its NO ONE can be rezzed, and sometimes, its just one person in the group can never seemed to be rezzed even if multiple people try, but other people were able to be rezzed. So its not always consistent.

Its very frustrating and we probably wont be going back in there until its fixed and just go for another trifecta in the meantime, since you basically need to no death skeever phase while this is going on, and its hard to teach skeever phase when you cant rez people and just have to wipe... but once this bug occurs, its there to stay until eventually every single person in your group can not be rezzed at all in skeever phase and has it. And for those who dont know, dying in skeever phase normally does not count against you when you go for the trifecta achievement, you just have to be alive at the end of it when you go back upstairs. So currently its an extra hard mode lol or its trying to farm an unbugged instance.

are you using Pale Order?

Last I was in there, that was the issue.

@Disturbed_One Wait seriously, using the pale order ring was causing the skeever's to bug out? So you took off the rings and they started rezing again?

I am pretty sure I had the PO ring slotted on at least on of my runs. If this is the case, I wonder if the rez mechanic is more of a healing thing than a actual, use-soul-gem thing. And since it came out before mythics they just never went back and fixed the code to account for the PO ring not allowing others to heal you!

This was reported last year back when Pale Order was added to the game.

Just don't use Pale Order on the final boss.

You don't actually die as a skeevaton--you can tell from the fact that death-tracking addons like LGM don't register skeevaton deaths. Your health doesn't actually go down to 0; instead, you get a debuff called Scrapped Metal (or something like that; not sure if I'm remembering the name correctly), and the rez-like ability is actually a heal. And Pale Order interferes with this mechanic.

Now, if you are still scrapped by the end of skeevaton phase, then you'll die upon transition out of skeevaton. But you never actually die as a skeevaton. And getting scrapped as a skeevaton doesn't count against you for the no-death or trifecta achievements (unless of course you are not unscrapped and die when transitioning back to normal).
