well, I heard it that way on the web - so I've learnt something new now, thank you.

Y'all have to remember there are a lot of local accent variants across the US. There's a woman I know who has always pronounced Yellowstone as "Yallerstone" because she grew up in an area where the word yellow was always pronounced "yaller".

As for Yosemite, in my family we've always pronounced it "Yoh-semmi-tea" - which doesn't mean there's no other ways it gets pronounced after all!

it's dreg wax and dregs (dreughs) you can hear npc's say it during certain quests

'BYOO-gloss' (real word in our world)

'KOW-roos' or 'KAH-roos' (short s at end, based on pronunciation of various letters from Aldmeri language, where that word probably stemmed from if I had to guess - CH is almost always pronounced K, AU as 'ow' in most cases ('ah' in the others), the U, based on how most of the pronunciation follows a typical European pattern, I went with oo)

'BANE-kor-ai' (based on how it is pronounced in the game by NPCs saying it)

'Dreg' (again, based on how it is pronounced in game by NPCs)

Voice actors for the game say "DREG" for "Dreugh."

Google says either BYOO-gloss or BOO-gloss for "Bugloss."

"Chitin" -- and that is pronounced "KAI-tin."

They're allowed to pronounce it however they want to. Since they were probably in character when tracking vocals for the game, they pronounced it how their character probably would. Considering that I'm not from Tamriel, I'm from Earth and I speak English, I pronounce I think it should be pronounced in English.

I wish I could find the ESO Live with Sir Lawrence doing a pronunciation segment with these.
He did several of them on Dwemer names and such.

And yes, LoreMaster says it is "Dreg".
Can any one find the Lore segments with Lawrence?

I learned that Tsaesci is pronounced SAY-shee thanks to one of the daily NPCs in Rimmen.

I try my best to pronounce it as characters in the game says it. Try that is. Me and english doesn't always get along when it comes to speaking. That includes made up english words/names.
