Sorcerer is too strong in these tests

also can we buff magcro? that class will by far be the weakest class going into the new patch

ZoS added sets trying to balance game without ever rebalancing classes properly, then it deleted sets from PvP because reasons, initial problem persists.

Don't be surprised if they unbalance it even more next content release..

Dont see your problem. Just play a magsorc so you have the burst to counter squishy magsorcs and ball of lightning to counter the burst of full damage magsorcs. (Sarcasm if that wasnt obvious)

No, don’t nerf sorc’s abilities, add/buff/rework abilities of classes that are lacking! My understanding is that DK and Templar could use buffs or reversion of old nerfs perhaps not being in a great spot in either PvP OR PvE (except DKs as tanks, of course).

Yes, pls. Poor StamCro has it soo bad. Maybe add StamDen to that list too! Both definitely need a buff to compete with the only decent magclass!

A line which seems to suggest (A) that Magsorc is in a higher tier than those stamina specs listed, and (B) that Stamcro, Stamblade, and Stamplar are all in the same tier.

Both of those statements are noticeably incorrect. The three stamina specs listed are in very different tiers and situations at the moment in PVP. And while yes, Magsorc is the strongest Magicka spec in PVP right now, it's hardly in a tier above Stamcro and Stamden. At best, it's in the same tier, as it's the only Magicka spec that has a good chance of competing with those two specs.

Though it is quite sad to see that so much knowledge about counterplay has been lost in the last 2 years of Prococalypse, and that we have to see so many Nerf Sorcs threads as a consequence.

The true problem is that counterskills like Defensive Posture or Wall of Frost work too well against poor MagBlades.

U can catch and kill Sorc easy if you learn your class. In games most of sorc complainers has just copied alcast pvp build skills and cry that they dont work. There are gapclose abilities that has bigger range than streak. Do your own research and you will be fine. Most of the time its l2p problem, sorry.

I have a question. Maybe some of you had similar experience, but - is Streak stun unbreakable ? I can not find anything like that in any patch notes, nor in skill description. It only says that it is unblockable. But that is something different than unbreakable.

I can be full on stamina and once I get stunned I can not break free. It seems to be happening almost exclusivity to streak (as if it was bugged somehow). I know it can also be just a poor server / lag etc, but every other CC I can break free just fine. Kinda suspicious.

It's a lag and cc bug issue. As any other cc u get it 3xcc at the same time.
Sometimes i have noticed, that if u cc break too fast and sorc is still in streak it cc u again for some reason - cc immunity lag. Best advice, wait till sorc streak is done and then cc break.
I have a feeling that from programming stand point it dont check if u have been recently cc'd.it just check if you have cc immunity, if not u get cc'd. So sometimes there is cc immunity lag and then u get cc'd multiple times in a row, untill u get cc imunity. I just think they are missing extra check that check.

Depending on lagginess almost every CC is unbreakable for me.
I also can fire of complete rotations on my Stamblade without my opponent breaking CC too, so I guess it isn't just streak.

Happens rarely 1v1 or in small scale but all too often when more people are involved.

Compared to all other Magicka classes, MagSorc is very, very strong. Rather than nerfing Sorc (some slight adjustments might be needed) buff the other Magicka DPS.

Oh and Stamina shouldn’t complain ever, they’re the most OP in PvP for almost two years now.
