IF it's only used once, which they aren't. Streak ramps up in cost by only 33% for repeated use, it should be 50%. Mist Form also needs to ramp up in cost. Streak and Mist Form have been the subject of complaints for a while, because they both allow a player to pick and choose their battles and dictate the course of engagements. Being able to decide when you want to engage, or that a particular confrontation doesn't look like it would go your way and simply... choosing not to participate with the press of a button is an incredibly potent ability to have.Where other players would be forced to invest in additional stats to weather the storm of CC, DOTS, and general pressure placed on them by a group of players if they were to be caught out, Sorcs and Vampires can simply choose to never be caught out, even if they make a mistake that would otherwise have spelled doom for anyone else. Get-out-of-jail free cards need to be addressed, they shouldn't be a substitute for skill in positioning and using line of sight to avoid damage.
Trolling or Baiting: The act of trolling is defined as something that is created for the intent to provoke conflict, shock others, or to elicit a strong negative or emotional reaction. It’s okay and very normal to disagree with others, and even to debate, but provoking conflict, baiting, inciting, mocking, etc. is never acceptable in the official The Elder Scrolls Online community. If you do not have something constructive or meaningful to add to a discussion, we strongly recommend you refrain from posting in that thread, and find another discussion to participate in instead. It is also not constructive or helpful to publicly call out others and accuse them of trolling, or call them a troll—please refrain from doing so. If you genuinely believe someone is trolling, please report the post or thread to the ESO Team, and leave it at that.
