I’m curious which set it was.
Kraglen's howl
Strange, that set looks pretty cool. I’d be glad if one of my random allies wore a set to give me free ultimate.

Has anyone ever had group members in a dungeon/trial refuse to give you pieces of a set that you wanted and they had just because they deemed the set 'not good'? Like... if you want to keep it, that's fine, but deeming it 'not good' (whether it's true or not) just seems like a rude reason not to give the pieces to someone.
But maybe I'm seeing it one sided too much, so has this happened to anyone else before? have you DONE this? if so I'd like to hear your reasoning, maybe I'm just short sighted.
Edit: NO I was NOT using an addon to spy on their loot drops. I asked if anyone had any set pieces of the set I wanted and they linked a piece I needed in chat, but wouldn't give it to me because the set 'wasn't good'.
Did you check the level of the piece?
Level 15 may just not have been what you have been looking for.
I have a simple rule; If somebody asks me for a specific item before I've even seen my OWN loot, they're not getting it.
Nobody gets any item until I have had a good look at it and posted its availability in chat.
Snooping on other people's private loot drops is bad manners and I would refuse a trade just because somebody had done that, even if it was a duplicate item and they were offering a thing I wanted. Because other people SHOULD NOT be able to see into my inventory, or see what loot has dropped for me, until I advertise it.

And you say it has happened more than once?
Chance are he didn't have the item and just linked it out of his stickerbook to be a jerk.Elsterchen wrote: »It was hard to word this in a small sentence for the title, but basically...

Level doesn't matter anymore.
