Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild for all Classes

The Passives are really helpful for my Necro; but all my Stam Chars do Thieves Guild for Heists (Syvarras is dead Useful and sells for crazy high too).

But ya it was easiest on my Stamblade Vampire w/Ring of the Wild Hunt.

I played both quest lines on my magicka DK main and had no issues. However, I have a stealthy-thieving set I made when Justice was added. 5 piece Night Silence for sneak speed (as I am not a vampire) and 3 piece Night Terror for reduced detection radius.

I love the assassination and thieving in ESO, you don't need to be a nightblade to enjoy it!

Edit: Yes these are stamina sets and I am magicka dps, but when sneaking and assassinating I am not engaging in any real combat so it doesn't matter that I suck at dps while thieving.

Or its a strong argument for not having account-wide achievements, since there are some roleplayers who really don't want their goody-two shoes characters having those achievements.

Its hard to make everyone happy.

I have long advocated for a separate achievement tab. Leave the current character tabs exactly how they are, but add a separate account wide tab. Seems to be the best of both worlds. I would probably remove titles from the account wide tab, but would really care if they were account wide at this point.

I'd be OK with this idea, too, as long as a player's achievement score is not account-wide (same as titles).

It's been a while since I've done those on any of my characters, but I had no problems with the three I have done the TG and DB quests on. My main is an Altmer stamdk, one alt Khajiit magden and the other Argonian stamcro. My Altmer is my main thief/assassin with probably thousands of kills under her belt and millions in gold made. There was a time when she spent the better part of a year just tormenting and pillaging the poor citizens of Tamriel, mostly in Balmora, Orsinum, and Daggerfall.
