I know some people are upset but I feel like ZOS turned this around pretty quickly. Something got rolled out by accident. They investigated the issue and identified a fix. They are now in process of rolling it out, less than 6 hours after the incident happened. Yes, this made the game unplayable so they needed a fix but they are working very quickly.
Now here is hoping we don't have to re-install the game in the morning.

Almost so much so plenty of people event predicted major issues during the event...
Almost like people not employed were more prepared for issues than the employees themselves
Patch Notes... https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/555064/
Someone let the client patch loose days before server patch maintenance was to be done. And ZOS has to do it now.
But on the other hand xboxers get to see first if the fixes actually fix things. When its done.
Interesting, isn't it.

Well, I just tried to log in PC NA with no problem, so your issue is likely not related to xbox patch mishap.

Right! I'm happy they're patching this up now. Literally nobody should be upset right now, it's a much needed patch.

Except for those of us who weren't able to get our tickets or glorious box. I hope ZOS is planning to either extend the event by a day or send XB players a mail with 3 tix and a glorious box.
@ZOS_GinaBruno
Stop complaining about the employees who aren't getting enough resources it seems and put the blame on the leadership.
