Most players I've seen fight a nightblade before (in the past 6 years) do so either always in a group or some kind of unfair fashion. I imagine it's frustrating if you know your opponent wouldn't even be able to touch you but wrecks you with X people and t-bags you (as is tradition lol).

Considering 99% of nightblades use cloak to always stun first and attempt a burst combo, dueling them isn't wise. Just like dueling a dk gives them an advantage. Nb can also leave a fight easily or keep pestering you with cloak, you sometimes need more than 1 to catch them.

I'm not excusing their t-bagging though.

I'm not surprised NB's are waaaaaaaaay out in front. Every bit of grief i have ever received in this game has been from a nb I have bested in duels. In my personal experience, not everyone who plays a nb is a salty snivelling wreck and bad loser, but it's the class of choice for most salty snivelling bad losers and try hards.

I've had it all. Cheating because I use BoL, cheating because I stand in my rune, cheating because i use puncturing sweeps, cheating when I use javelin, cheating when I use my execution, cheating because i chug a pot. Basically, I've to stand there and use nothing but light attacks so it's a fair fight whilst they have zero qualms about disappearing into a plume of smoke repeatedly. Which reminds me, I'm also a noob because I use inner light. Seriously, these people should either quit pvping or play a single player game.

I don't typically get whispers so maybe I'm just a potato--I also don't tend to chat in zone which is where most of the toxicity lives.

I suppose I'd vote necro because she's my bomber/aoe/healer, lol

PVP wise, definitely nightblades in my experience, although wardens are a close second.

My very latest toxic NB came from BGs where this individual failed to gank me repeatedly. (Heavy Armor Stamdk.) Would die trying to 1v1 me, and then whispered me some obscene things after the match concluded and demanded a duel.

I accepted the challenge, and had about five minutes of my life wasting watching this player cloak every single time he was hit, and fail his burst combo more times than I want to exaggerate. He ended up just running away and not saying anything again.


Wardens, though. By Vivec... just kill the 'sweaty' ones with the 'indestructible' builds and you'll have enough salt to sustain a old world economy.

Pet hate atm is the groups of necros layering graveyards then pressing 1 button to delete anyone else.

I think it's the other way around. 99% of them are trash tier players that can't do anything outside of cloak and Xv1ing and will get toxic when they fail their ganks.

I think that I (and probably many responders) are confused about the intent of the poll.

I voted Warden because in BG, IC, and duels they are consistently sore losers and sore winners. I get more salt from Wardens than any other classes.

But in cyrodiil I don’t have an answer. The most toxic players all play multiple classes, and they are equally toxic on all of them.

In my personal experience tanks tend to be the most toxic (no hate towards tanks, their job is sometimes frustrating) and most commonly tanks are dragon knights.

Nightblades just so annoying. Nearly every player I see standing in the back, or at the top of a spawn in BG is a nightblades just sniping -_-

Note: I'm not saying every nightblade does that

But in all seriously, maybe some personality types are drawn to certain play styles, and those certain play styles are best accomplished with certain classes. That’s about as far as I’ll go. Really it’s the person, not the class. I doubt someone is going to be a complete jerk on one class and an angel on another. Plus, methinks there’s a good number of people with biases against certain play styles, making certain techniques appear more toxic than they really are. And some of those biases seem to stem from ignorance of how a skill/tactic/etc works and/or how to counter it. Mind you I’m talking about people claiming certain play styles are toxic, not nasty behavior like sending insulting whispers and stuff like that.
