There simply aren't enough and they are spread very far out. Especially when the instance gets crowded and it becomes a race to thit the target.

PS4/ EU
Did you get the wrong lead? The lead for a piece of the Wild Hunt ring is in Bad Man's Hollow too. I got that first and had the same experience as you- I dug that up and then freaked out because I didn't realize it was the wrong lead.

ZOS please put more thought in where you put highly desired leads.

When I DO get it, I'm never setting foot in that dungeon again.
thanks for the the advices, i am still at work right now going to check later again, it wasnt the wild hunt piece, i mean lets say it was the fragment of wild hunt, why does lead journal says founded:2 for that fragment. i didnt find it twice, just once and it flew away after digging.. and yes i found all others already. really strange one. no matter where i touch in ps4 / Eu ithey turn to dusti am running away from content to content really desperate and dont know what would be next
I finally got the lead myself, but it probably took longer than any other lead. So glad we can craft additional ones now and not have to find the leads a second time.
Edit: I still think the issue is the low population of NPCs in that delve. When I found the lead I went in the early morning so there would be fewer players farming It works as I found more NPCs available.

So much this. The dungeon itself is pretty awful. Compound that with the fact the overland set drops are....not great. AND, the Wild Hunt lead also drops in the same dungeon. The choice to use Bad Man's Hallow really feels like a lazy move on the part of ZOS. Very much a "meh, whatevs. Players will farm it." sort of decision.

The problem is not only the low number of mobs, but also the number of people who are in there for the same reason. We are all trying to get that ring. Zos picked a bad dungeon to put it in.
Farmed for 2 entire days and finally got the lead. This one knows what dungeon to never touch again.

However, I hate that the mobs far too often drop nothing, and I just ended-up spending too much time in there for that one Pale Order lead (the Wild Hunt lead came right away on my first boss encounter in there), that I'm burned-out on it.
I’m not sure that there aren’t bugs with this. A couple things that seemed to help me when a lead wouldn’t drop:
1. Log and then try
2. Get rid of any other leads you have for that zone in the same quality level
