Game locked up entire PC in middle of dungeon run (PC-NA)

RND to Darkshade 1, just passed the second boss, left the big room into the next corridor, and in the middle of the fight the game locked up. Couldn't even alt-tab out or three-finger salute into task manager. Had no choice but to hard reboot my computer.

I shall resist editorializing further.

Alright, one other thing: Why isn't the "rapids isn't all that rapid anymore" bug on the list of known issues?

This happened again last night, on a different PC-NA account and character. This time in the middle of the lich boss fight in WR2. Had to do a hard reboot. This time the group didn't kick me so I was able to log back in and finish the dungeon.

And again today. Second account, different character, same boss. Lich boss in WR2. Started the fight, and then PC locked. Same point as earlier in the week. Almost the exact same screenshot (if I could have taken a screenshot with the game and PC locked up). Since that time I have updated my GPU driver and done a repair on the ESO installation.
