i'm ctd-ing without error report option so here is one from event viewer, if you didn't received already enough.
for 2 ctd's (from all that happened from last patch) i'm sure it was on stamina character bow/bow which also has problems with skills and small freezing when starting to shoot.

    @ghost_bg_ESO

Have you gone through any troubleshooting already to resolve these crashes?

If not, you should try going through our crash help article linked below.

What do I do if ESO is crashing with the error "ESO has stopped working"?

Exception code 0xc0000409 means the calling app eso64.exe caused a corrupt stack frame in ucrtbase.dll

    @ZOS_BillE
No amount of "troubleshooting" will make any difference here, this is a bug in eso64.exe causing this.
And this is about as bad as a bug can get since a corrupt stack frame is almost certainly going to result in a CTD.

    additional info:
as much as my character wears some set (or two) that create visual effect i have some freezing at first shot. the moment i remove piece of gear to destroy the set and effect there is no freezing when i'm shooting, but didn't played long enough if i will ctd again...
but this doesn't explain way i also got ctd when deconstructing jewelry (or partially doesn't explain: vivec is always full with people).
something else i'm seeing after last patch is change of lightning: i don't expect to see sunlight patterns in cave for example.
with other character i didn't had any ctd but had couple of disconnects, but only eso lost connection to internet/servers.
it is just observation from when i played, didn't put effort to track how my pc works with msi afterburner or some other software.
as i said probably had to post it at bug reports, but at-least it receives some attention

Thank you for providing further details. At this time we recommend opening a ticket with customer support for anyone experiencing crash issues since the most recent update.

@ZOS_BillE It's quite clear right now that an important part of the playerbase is experiencing frequent crashes since update 28.

Could you please clarify if your recommendation about opening a support ticket is linked to Dev team needing to collect additional feedback and data to investigate those crashes (in this case i would gladly oblige) or if you are simply aiming this procedure to the "baseline" (as in, same as all year long) number of players that may have crashes not related to update 28 ? (drivers, operating systems, etc..)

As of previous patch and a tad more frequently since the hotfix patch, I've been getting random / suddenly game closing. No Errors. This is happening mid-battlegrounds fight, I go POOF!

To note, this has never happened to me until recently - I did get Error 308 and 318, 2 patches prior. But this is new. I've made sure everything is up to date, disabled, then removed all addons, setting saves, reset to defaults, all leading to the same results.

I have been playing since June. I know short time compared to most. Never had a problem. Then they pushed an update last week. Result doing the wayrest sewer II caused my entire machine to freeze. The update on 11/16 was suppose to fix this. I wouldn't know. Now when I login after a few minutes I get the crash report with the message ESO has stopped working.
I summitted a ticket with a list of the things i tried to resolve the issue. The response I got was to try the things I had already posted that I had tried. When I posted that my original post stated i had tried these things. The response was to try more things that I had already posted that I had tried.
Having the game not playable because of a problem is bad. But what makes it worse is having your response for help be some canned response that could be issued by some bot. To add insult to injury. Having the response end with a number of links touting the new DLC that you are now missing. Why would i want to hear about how great the newest DLC is if I can't even play the game.
I do have to admit this is not unique to ESO. All games seem to do this. I would suggest keeping the customer informed as to what the problem is and what they are doing to resolve it.
Even on this forum would it kill them to at least acknowledge there is a problem. With some indication if this is something that a hot fix can solve or will it need a code push.

I would be willing to run a test version of the game that has tracking if that would help locate where and what the problem is. I don't know how extensive your logs on the back end are. But a suggestion would be when a customer has an issue. You are able to turn on tacking for that account. then ask the customer play the game trying to recreate the error. Letting the customer know they might see some lag in game play because of the tracking. I know how hard it is try resolve an issue that you can't recreate. If you can recreate the issue that would be good to know.

    type " /bug " in chat

choosing "customer service" (and subcategory) provides report and gets answer at email and here on the site (up left "support"), where you can provide more info replying to email.

choosing "feedback/bug" provides report without answer to you.

link up there is also option to provide report.

    Edit:
    (didn't read first comment)
yup usually takes couple of replies on email until you and support get on right page
first reply always goes a bit automatic only by subject of your ticket.
and at this case with crashes they can provide only standard answers until they investigate for fix.

Note that addon DEVs may include certain LIBs required for their addons, embedded. Many have removed embedded ones in order to use more / the same updated, instead of conflicting versions.. I would suggest you try disabling all addons, troubleshoot as they suggest, it sounds like some might be having different / separate issues as to why you're crashing..

If you have otherwise updated, run repair, and not using any addons, and still experiencing crashes.. Then welcome to our world :dizzy:

EDIT: "enable out of date addons" expect to trouble-shoot issues yourself, as you accepted there will 100% be issues..

My AMD software caught and recovered from a hang while in a battlegrounds match, it had me submit a bug report. I have included the contents of the bug report in Ticket # 201129-004779 in hopes it can assist in pinpointing the issue(s).

I cancelled my eso+ sub, zenimax refunded it to me, and uninstalled game back then.

Are those crashes fixed? as they were even recognised as pending to patch back when it happened.
