proc sets and dot meta with malacath

is there really going to be no fix heading into next patch?

Bg's are so stale, full of procs and dots and people carrying afk damage.

open world is so stale, full of 3 second gcd's, proc sets, afk damage, and lag.

IC is so stale, full of werewolves and proc sets.

what's to come for us as a community to come together and nerf proc sets and malacath from the game? Please save the game!

Frustration and too much battlegrounds with proc sets can lead you to the forums to type paragraphs.

As much as your opinion is to be looked at, hopefully you're able to come through this experience.

Buff stat sets.

Like Spriggan should provide around 8/9k penetration with no conditions (seriously, this would be on par with procs)

That wouldn't buff a proc set to above x2 proc sets...

Edit: I suppose I should explain. The idea isnt to remove Proc sets but to buff stat sets to be comparable to Proc sets. As is Proc is superior to stat.

The idea would be x2 stat = x2 Proc = x1 Proc x1 stat
