Frost Blockade changes

Frost Blockade changes:
They reduced the Damage by 25%
They removed the snare
They took away the root on chilled target
And traded all of that for a Group Damage shield.
Here comes the best part: The shield doesent do anything
"The Frost version of this ability now applies a Damage Shield to you and 5 nearby group members that absorbs projectiles, but no longer snares enemies and deals 25% less damage than the other elemental version."
The shield does not absorb any type of projectile. I tested all Sorcerer and destro staff Projectiles non get absorben and there is also no dmg reduction on them. What is the idea behind the change? Make Frost staff even worse then it is?

Well no one in that thread is talking about the frost blockade how it is. It's more about tanking then frost blockade as an offensive skill.class representative for the working class, non-cp, bwb and Trolling2 -

Well looks like we got the damage increase, but at the cost!
I honestly don't know why, they just make 1 morph for support and keep the damage shield and what not on it and the other morph all out DPS, specifically Unstable Wall.
