Roaring Opportunist, which had the "incorrect" values put in on the server versus the tool tip, was adjusted with 6.1.6
However, it still does not match the tooltip as given
it is currently calculating the Major Slayer Uptime by taking the Max Magicka/6000 + Spell Damage/851.
Why was this change not published, and why is it still not what the tooltip says?
